A warm welcome to my private psychotherapy practice at the Box Tree Clinic in the Harley Street Medical District of Central London. I treat adult individuals and couples with talk therapy for anxiety, depression, grief, multicultural issues, personality disorders, relationship issues, sexual abuse, self-esteem and confidence, trauma including victims of human and sex trafficking, and more. While I primarily work from a psychodynamic humanistic approach, I often integrate other approaches and am one of only a handful of therapists in London offering Prolonged Exposure Therapy and Narrative Exposure Therapy for PTSD.

Welcome to my practice! My name is Comfort (I have always been called by my middle name), and I work as a psychodynamic and humanistic psychotherapist, also integrating other approaches, with adult individuals and couples from any culture, sexuality, gender, and religion.

 

Clients come to me from all areas of London and neighbouring counties to work on the concerns most important to them. I also work by Skype with performing artists who travel frequently and with others who are not able to make it into my clinic.

 

Beginning therapy is a courageous step. It is my passion to listen intently and to guide my clients carefully and supportively. To accompany my clients in their work of recovery and growth, and many times to watch them overcome obstacles and to flourish is my profound privilege!
